【摘要】 运用多层次模糊综合评价方法对石油产业项目的社会效益进行评价。通过总体分析投资方案社会效益评价体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)实现了对评价指标的权重排序,得出评价社会效益的主要因素,并采用模糊综合评价方法对投资项目进行了社会效益评价。在此基础上,用实际算例进一步验证了石油产业投资项目社会效益评价的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of multi—level fuzzy evaluation method, social benefits of oil projects are evaluated. The social benefits evaluation system tor overall investment plans are used here. Firstly, to put the evaluation index in order by means ot AHP and conclude the major factors in social benefits evaluation, then, fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate social benefits tor investment projects.
