【摘要】 本实验以200mg/kg、400mg/kg、1200mg/kg三个剂量组分别用预防型大鼠脂质代谢紊乱模型法和小肠推进实验、排便实验进行了柚粉调节血脂和润肠通便的研究。结果:证明柚粉能显著降低高血脂模型大鼠血清甘油三酯、血清胆固醇水平,能缩短便秘模型小鼠的首次排便时间,能增加便秘模型的排便粒数和排便重量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preventive fat decompensation models and the small intestine pushing & defecating experimentation were used to investigate the efficacy of the Yuhuan Wentan ’s powder on regulate blood fat and defecation.Yuhuan Wentan’s powder is able to cut down the serum triglyceride and cholesterol level of high blood fat mice remarkbly,and be able to cut down the time of first defecate and increase the stool’s granule and weight of constipation mice remarkbly.更多还原
