【摘要】 讨论了三相循环流化床蒸发器浓缩中药大黄浸提液时的传热及防、除垢性能,给出了三相流流动沸腾传热系数准数经验关联式。同时对三相流的流动性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:汽-液-固三相循环流化床蒸发器在中药浸提液浓缩中具有一定的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we carried out the experimental study on the heat transfer, preventing and cleaning fouls characteristics of the three-phase circulating fiuidized bed evaporator during condensing rhubarb liquid extract of Chinese traditional medicine, put forward the relationship of heat transfer coefficient. At the same time, we also studied flow characteristics of the three-phase. The results of study show that the vapor-liquid-solid three-phase circulating fiuidized bed evaporator will be used broadly during condensing liquid extract of Chinese traditional medicine in the future.
