保证乡镇图书馆稳定的换位思考
Thinking On How to Keep the Development of Libraries of Villages and Towns
【摘要】 分析了当前乡镇文化工作中的“空壳图书馆”现象,提出乡镇图书馆稳定发展的问题,并且采用换位思考的方法制定对策。
【Abstract】 The article analyses the phenomenon of hollow Libraries of villages and towns.It brings up the question of how to keep Libraries of villages and towns to develop forever,then countermeasures are worked out.
