防滑差速器壳体有限元分析

【摘要】 为了提高汽车的通过能力、牵引能力和行驶安全性,现代汽车驱动桥的轮间差速器和四轮驱动汽车的轴间差速器常采用防滑差速器。本文以某车型轮间防滑差速器壳体为例,利用有限元分析方法对它进行静态结构分析,检验该防滑差速器壳体在各种不同工况下的强度和刚度是否符合要求。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the passing capability,the traction capacity and the traffic safety of vehicles,the limited-slip differential is widely used in modern vehicles,among which the drive axles with interwheel differentials and the four-wheel-drive vehicles with have interaxle differentials.The discussion in this paper is based on the shell of interwheel limited-slip differential used in certain type of automobile.In order to examine whether the strength and the stiffness of the shell are satisfied with requirements in the different working conditions,the finite element analysis is used to analyze the static structure of the differential.
