氟丙导电防腐蚀涂料的研制
Development of Fluoro-Acrylic Conductive Corrosion Protection Coatings
【摘要】 合成了一种以含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物树脂为成膜物,配合碳纳米管、掺杂聚苯胺及金属粉为填充物的导电防腐涂料。讨论了涂料导电及防腐性能的影响因素。检测表明其导电、防腐及综合性能十分优良。
【Abstract】 The title conductive corrosion protection coatings based on fluoro-acrylic copolymer as film-former, and mixed with carbon nanotube, polyaniline, and metal powders. The influencing factors on conductivity and corrosion protective performance are discussed. The test results indicated that the coatings show excellent conductivity, corrosion protective property and all-round performance.
