改性环氧耐磨涂层的耐磨性能研究
Study on Abrasion Resistance of Modified Epoxy Abrasion Resistant Coatings
【摘要】 改性环氧耐磨涂层是一种抗冲蚀磨损的金属基涂层。本文介绍了涂层的制备工艺,并对影响涂层的耐磨性因素进行了详细研究。当骨料含量为25%,粗颗粒含量为20%,涂层厚度在130-150μm时,涂层的耐磨性能最佳。
【Abstract】 The title modified epoxy abrasion resistant coatings is a erosion resistant coatings on metals. This article has described the production technology, and discussed the factors that influence the abrasion resistance of coatings film. The coatings film shows the best performance when aggregate content is 25(wt)% and coarse particle 20(wt)% and film thickness 130-150μm.
