钻井液水力学计算机优化设计系统研究与应用
The Research and Apply of the System of Drilling Fluid Hydraulics Optimized Design
【摘要】 钻井液流变模式的合理选择和流变参数的准确计算是钻井液优化设计的前提。分析了目前比较常用的5种钻井液流变模式及其流变方程,对5种流变模式下水力参数进行了优化设计计算,不仅实现流变模式优选,而且通过计算机反馈得到水力参数的优化值。
【Abstract】 The reasonable choice of the rheological and the accurate calculation is the precondition of the optimum design of drilling fluid.The author analyzed the classic rheological models such as Newtonian model,Bingham Plastic model,Power Law model,Casson model,and Herschel-Buckley model.Through the optimized design of the hydraulic parameter of the five models,the paper realized the optimum design of drilling fluid and get the optimized value of hydraulic parameter through computer software system developed by the author.
