【摘要】 [目的]观察健脾导滞合剂治疗脾虚型小儿便秘的临床效果。[方法]治疗组47例,口服健脾导滞合剂;对照组42例,口服健胃消食片,两组疗程均为10d,治疗前后详细记录大便秘结和脾虚气弱诸症改善情况。[结果]两组治疗短期改善便秘疗效基本相同,但治疗组在改善脾虚证候方面,疗效明显高于对照组。[结论]治疗小儿便秘应注重固护脾胃之气,宜全面调理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and removing stagnancy in treating children constipation with deficiency of spleen. Methods The treatment group was composed of forty-seven patients,administered mistura of invigorating spleen and removing stagnancy. The control group was forty-two patients by using Qingjiang tablet. The course of treatment was ten days in both groups. The constipation and the improvement of deficiency of spleen were observed carefully before and after treatment. Result The short-term effect was identical in both groups on improving constipation. However,the treatment group was markedly superior to the control group in improving syndrome of deficiency of spleen. Conclusion The treatment in constipation in children should protect the qi of spleen and stomach and regulate the body comprehensively.更多还原
