【摘要】 [目的]评价复方丹参注射液配伍黄芪注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效。[方法]检索文献,提取数据资料,运用Meta分析法,即对研究结果进行一致性检验,并采用相应数学模型进行数据的合并与分析。[结果]符合纳入标准的文献4篇。心绞痛发作缓解率的合并效应量d的95%CI为26%～10%;心电图改善有效率的合并效应量d的95%可信区间(confidenceinterval,CI)为27.38%～7.66%。[结论]复方丹参注射液配伍黄芪注射液对气虚血瘀型心绞痛的治疗效果优于单用复方丹参注射液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with astragalus injection on treating coronary heart disease. Methods Reviewing literature in the past,utilizing the published data,meta analysis method were used in the research.Consistent checking was carried out and combination and analysis of the data were performed by corresponding mathematic model. Result Twelve literatures were satisfactory with the enrolling criteria.The 95% confidence interval of the combined effective value d of the remission rate of angina pectoris attacks was 26% to 10%.The combined effective value of ECG improvement was 27.38% to 7.66%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with astragalus injection is superior to complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection only in treating angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis.更多还原
