【摘要】 [目的]研究补肾益髓法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组20例。治疗组按中医辨证分为肾阴虚型、肾阳虚型、肾阴阳两虚型,分别服用补肾益髓Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号方,治疗6个月。对照组给予西药康力龙、一叶秋碱治疗。[结果]治疗组基本治愈8例,缓解12例,明显进步11例,总有效率为77.5%;对照组基本治愈2例,缓解4例,明显进步6例,总有效率为60.0%。两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。中医证候改善及血红蛋白(H b)、血小板(PLT)的升高治疗组均优于对照组。造血细胞正向调控因子白介素-3(IL-3)水平的升高、负向调控因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的下降,治疗组均优于对照组。[结论]补肾益髓法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血具有较好的临床疗效,能改善中医症状及外周血象,并能改善造血细胞调控因子的分泌。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the clinical effect of Bushenyisui(tonifuing kidney and benefiting marrow) on chronic aregenerative anemia.[Methods] Sixty patients were divided randomly into therapy group(forty patients) and control group(twenty patients).The therapy group was divided into deficiency of kidney yin,deficiency of kidney yang,deficiency of kidney yin and yang again and was given Bushenyisui Ⅰ,Bushenyisui Ⅱ,Bushenyisui Ⅲ respectively.The course of treatment was six months.The control group was given Stanozolol and Securinine.[Result] The total effective rate of therapy group was 77.5%,in which eight patients were cured basically,twelve patients relieved,eleven patients improved obviously.The total effective rate of control group was 60.0%,of which two patients were cured basically,four patients relieved,six patients improved obviously.There was marked difference between both groups(P<0.05).The therapy group was superior to the control group in the improvement of syndrome,elevation of Hb,PLT,increasing of IL-3 level and decreasing of TNF-α,IFN-γ level.[Conclusion] The Bushenyisui method has a better clinical effect on chronic aregenerative anemia.The Bushenyisui method may improve TCM syndrome,peripheral blood hemogram and improve the secretion of hematopoietic cell-regulating factors.更多还原
