【摘要】 [目的]通过观察通脉调气推拿法对紧张性头痛患者血浆内皮素(ET)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的变化,探讨推拿治疗头痛的机制。[方法]对150例紧张性头痛患者在治疗前、第1次治疗后、疗程结束后分别检测其静脉血中血浆ET及5-HT的含量,所有病例均治疗10d为1个疗程,推拿1次/d。[结果]治疗后患者血浆内皮素及5-HT含量与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),第1次治疗后、疗程结束后与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且呈明显下降趋势。[结论]通脉调气推拿法有降低患者血浆ET、5-HT含量的作用,对缓解紧张性头痛具有很好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the changes of the plasma ET and 5-HT observed in patients with tension headache the therapeutic mechanism of Tongmai TiaoQi promoting blood circulation and regulating Qi massage was explored. Methods The content of the plasma ET and 5-HT were determined before,after the first treatment and after the total treatment course in 150 cases with tension headache. All cases were treated for a treatment course 10 days with a massage once a day. Results Before the remedy there was a significant difference in plasma ET and 5-HT between the treatment and control group P<0.01. After the first remedy and after the course of treatment the patients’ ET and 5-HT were notably decreased P<0.01 when compared with those before treatment. Conclusion The mechanism of Tongmai Tiaoqi massage may be related to the reducing of the plasma ET and 5-HT.更多还原
