【摘要】 [目的]观察扶肾降浊法对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠的治疗作用。[方法]采用5/6肾切除所致的慢性肾功能衰竭动物模型,对大鼠的尿蛋白变化、血清肌酐、尿素氮、血浆心钠素(ANP)、醛固酮(ALD)、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、血清白蛋白、总蛋白、钙磷代谢情况、血红蛋白、血清T3、T4、血压等进行了观察。[结果]扶肾降浊法能明显降低尿蛋白定量(P<0.01),降低肌酐、尿素氮水平(P<0.01),改善肾功能,降低血浆ANP、ALD水平,降低血脂(P<0.01),改善CRF大鼠低蛋白血症(P<0.01),调节钙磷代谢失调(P<0.01),纠正CRF大鼠贫血状况(P<0.05),降低血清T3、T4水平(P<0.01),降低血压(P<0.01)。[结论]扶肾降浊法对慢性肾功能衰竭具有显著的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fushen Jiangzhuo  supporting kidney to eliminate turbid fluid on chronic renal failureCRF in rats. Methods CRF was established in rats by resection of 5/6 kidney. The changes of urinary protein,serum creatinineSCr,blood urea nitrogenBUN,plasma arterial matriuretic polypeptideANP,aldosteroneALDOST,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,serum albumin,total protein,metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, hemoglobin serum T3,T4,blood pressure etc were observed. Results This therapy could obviously reduce the quantity of urinary protein P<0.01,decrease SCr and BUN levelP<0.01,improve the renal function,decrease level of plasma ANP,ALD and blood lipidP<0.01,improve hypoproteinemiaP<0.01,regulate imbalance of calcium and phosphorus metabolismP<0.01,correct anemiaP<0.05,reduce serum T3,T4 levelP<0.01and reduce blood pressureP<0.01. Conclusion "Method of supporting kidney to eliminate turbid fluid" has marked therapeutic effect on chronic renal failure.更多还原
