【摘要】 [目的]血尿是泌尿系统疾病的常见症状,减轻和控制血尿对阻断病程进展,改善患者预后均具有重要意义。对221例慢性肾炎血尿患者根据中医临床辨证,参考有关实验室指标,进行定性与定位诊断。为方法通过结果认针对以“血尿”而就诊的患者,临床进行辨证(诊断)施治分为外感风热、湿热壅盛、阴虚内热、瘀血阻络4型。论结血尿需要经过以临床中医证候(定性)与以实验室指标(定位)相结合,才能较规范化的完成诊断过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjevtiveHematuria is a common symptom of urinary system diseases. Controlling and alleviating play a pivotal role to arrest the development of disease and improve the prognosis. Methods The qualitative and localized diagnosis were carried out in 221 cases with hematuria caused by chronic nephritis according to the clinical differentiation in TCM,consulting with the relative laboratory indexes. Result It is considered that in those patients whose main complaints were hematuria ,treatment with syndrome differentiationdiagnosis Conclusion Combined with understanding the clinical syndromes(qualitative)and laboratory indexes(orientation)is necessary so as the diagnostic process could be completed in normal way.更多还原
