【摘要】 [目的]观察心复康丸对冠心病心功能及心室重塑影响。择冠心病合并慢性心功能不全伴心室重目的方法选塑改变患者51例,随机分为心复康丸观察组30例和开搏通对照组21例,用药后检查彩色多普勒超声心动图左房前后径、左室前后径、左室后壁、室间隔、左心室A/E,肺动脉压等指标;同时检测血浆内皮素、肾素和血管紧张素Ⅱ。结果心复康丸观察组患者的心功能等级变化在治疗前后对比,总有效率为93.33%,与开搏通对照组总有效率61.90%之间具有非常显著差异。论复康丸对冠心病心功能及心室重塑有明显的改善作用。结心更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Xinfukang pills on the cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in coronary heart diseasesCHD.Methods Fifty one cases with CHD complicated by chronic cardiac insufficiency and alterative ventricular remodeling were selected and randomly divided into observation group( 30 cases treated with Xinfukang pills)and control group (21 cases with captopril. The anteroposterior diameter of left atrium and left ventricle ,posterior wall of left ventricle,interventricular septum,A/E of left ventricle,pulmonary arterial pressure were detected by color Doppler ultrasound echocardiograph before and after treatment. At the same time plasma endothelin ,renin,and angiotensin Ⅱ were detected. Result The total effective rate of changes of cardiac function grade in observation group was 93.33% ,while that in control group was 61.90%. There was significant difference between these two groups. Conclusion Xinfukang pills has obvious ameliorative effect on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in coronary heart diseases.更多还原
