【摘要】 目的:运用有限元法分析下颌骨颏部骨折坚强内固定的固定效果,为下颌骨骨折的治疗提供参考。方法:利用ANSYS软件建立下颌骨颏部骨折及坚强内固定的三维有限元模型。在模型上对颏部骨折不同固定方式在不同咬合情况下进行有限元法分析,比较各种情况下骨折断层的应力、骨折段位移,来评价内固定方法的固定效果。结果:正中咬合情况下,上缘单板和下缘单板固定时骨折段位移分别为0.156475mm,0.212586mm。双板固定为0.010963mm。结论:颏部正中骨折时,一块小型钛板固定存在隐患,应采用双板固定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the different fixation methods in mandibular symphysis fracture usig the finite-element method so as to provide reference for clinical therapy. Methods To establish the models of mandibular symphysis fracture rigid internal fixation RIF using ANSYS software. The regularity of stress distribution of mandibular symphysis fracture and the mobility of the fracture segment under different conditions were analyzed. Results When the fracture was fixed with single lower or single upper plate the mobility of the fracture segment under central occlusion was 0.212 586 mm and 0.156 475 mm. Conclusion There is shortcoming in the method of using single plate to fix the mandibular symphysis fracture. It is better to use double plates for more stability in fixation.更多还原
