【摘要】 目的:探讨膜周部室间隔缺损(VSD)介入封堵治疗的安全性与有效性。方法:经股静脉和股动脉入路对16例VSD患者进行封堵治疗。结果:15例成功置入封堵器,1例失败,无严重并发症发生。9例缺损即刻完全封闭,6例术后残留雾状分流,于术后2d～2周随访时杂音和分流均消失。结论:经导管对膜周部室间隔缺损进行封堵治疗安全有效,但远期效果尚待验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transcatheter closure of membranous ventricular septal defects using Amplatzer membranous VSD occluder. Methods: Sixteen patients with VSD located in the perimembranous part of ventricular septum underwent transcatheter closure using the new Amplatzer membranous VSD occluder delivered via femoral venous and arterial routes. Results: The device was implanted successfully in all 15 patients except one. There was an immediate complete closure of the defect in 9 patients. Six patients had trivial residual shunt, which disappeared in two days or two weeks follow-up. Conclusion: Transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defects using Amplatzer membranous VSD occluder is safe and effective. Further clinical trials are needed to evaluate the long-term results.更多还原
