【摘要】 目的观察针刺对糖尿病性视网膜病变并发高血压患者眼部血流的影响,寻求改善眼血流的新途径。方法检测针刺前后血管紧张素Ⅱ含量,视网膜中央动脉(CRA),鼻侧和颞侧睫状后动脉(PCAs)及眼动脉(OA)血流的收缩期峰速(PSV),舒张末期流速(EDV)和阻力指数(RI)。结果针刺组AngⅡ含量及血压较针刺前明显降低(P<0.01),OA血流速度较治疗前略有提高(P>0.05),CRA及PCAS血流速度针刺前后有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺可以改善糖尿病性视网膜病变并发高血压患者的眼部血液循环,为它们的治疗提供了新的辅助方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture on the ophthalmic blood flow in the patients with diabetic retinopathy combined hypertension.Methods:Serum concentration of AngII and the blood flow in the patients with diabetic retinopathy combined hypertension were determined with color Doppler flow impaging;Various clinical parameters including:PSV,EDV,RI in CRA,PCAs and OA were measured before and after treated.Results:There was statistical significance for serum concentration of AngII in the pre and post-treatment in acupuncture group.The blood flow velocity of the ophthalmic artery(OA)increased a little after acupuncture,(P>0.05),it showed no significant difterence (P>0.05) The blood flow velocity of the central retinal artery(CRA)and posterior cilliary arteries、(PCAs)were increased difinitely,(P<0.05).The blood flow velocity of the central retinal artery(CRA)and posterior cilliary arteries (PCAs) were increased difinitely,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture could improve the ophtholmic blood flow in the patients with diabetic retinopathy combined hypertension.更多还原
