【摘要】 目的:探讨红藤愈萎养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机理。方法:30例病人予红藤愈萎养胃汤治疗,并以西药加胃复春四联疗法作对照;同时检测HP及光镜观察病理形态学改变,P -V免疫组化方法进行Ki- 6 7,Bax ,Fax标记。结果:红藤愈萎养胃汤临床疗效明显优于对照组,可清除HP并降低Ki- 6 7,Bax ,Fax的表达。结论:红藤愈萎养胃汤对CAG的治疗作用与抑菌、抗炎,纠正基因调控失衡有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the mechanism of chronic atrophic gastritis treated with hongtengyuweiyangwei decoction.Methods:30 cases were treated with hongtengyangweiyuwei decoction,control were given western medicine and Weifuchun .meanwhile helicobacter pylori (AP) infection was determined,pathologic changes were observed by light scope,regulative gene protein of cell proliferation and apoptosis such as ki-67,Bax and Fax were labeled by P-V immunohistochemical method. Results:The curative effecte of hongtengyuweiyangwei decoction group was significantly better than that of control, hongtengyuweiyangwei decoction could clear HP infection,the effect was obviovsly better than that of control,meanwhile,the decoction could decrease the expression of Ki-67,Bax and Fax obviously.Conclusion:The mechanism of hongtengyuweiyangwei decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis was related to basteriostasis,anti-inflammation and correcting the regulative unbalance of gene in gastric mucous cell.更多还原
