【摘要】 目的探讨肝炎平对兔血吸虫肝纤维化血清中肝纤维化指标的影响。方法制备兔血吸虫肝纤维化模型。动物随机分为正常对照组(N组)、肝炎平治疗组(E组)及血吸虫肝纤维化模型组(D组)。对3组兔肝组织行病理学检查;采用放射免疫法对兔血清肝纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC)、板层素(LN)及Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)进行检测。结果肝炎平组HA、ⅣC、LN及PCⅢ分别为(2484.3±384.9)、(1181.9±375.6)、(3791.8±1053.9)及(936.4±218.3)μg/L。模型组分别为(4823.1±969.2)、(1619.7±405.1)、(5425.9±1859.2)、(1250.0±403.6)μg/L。两组相应指标比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论肝炎平能降低血吸虫肝纤维化兔血清中的各项肝纤维化指标,有抗血吸虫肝纤维化的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Ganyanping on 4 serum indexes of liver fibrosis in rabbits with schistosomiasis.Methods The model of schistosomal liver fiboris in rabbits were established. The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group (N), Ganyanping treated group (E) and model group (D). The pathological changes of livers were observed. The 4 serum indexes of liver fibrosis, including hyaluronic acid (HA), collagen IV (Ⅳ-C), laminin (LN) and precollagen Ⅲ (PCⅢ), were evaluated by radioimmunoassay.Results The serum levels of HA, Ⅳ-C, LN and PCⅢ in Ganyanping treated group were (2 484.3±384.9) μg/L, (1 181.9±375.6) μg/L, (3 791.8±1 053.9) μg/L and (936.4±218.3) μg/L, respectively, and those in model group were (4 823.1±969.2) μg/L, (1 619.7±405.1) μg/L, (5 425.9±1 859.2) μg/L and (1 250.0±403.6) μg/L, respectively. There was significant difference in the 4 indexes of liver fibrosis between Ganyanping treated group and model group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ganyanping has the antifibrotic effect on schistosomal liver fibrosis of rabbits by reducing the excessive collagen deposition and the degree of liver fibrosis quantified by serum HA, Ⅳ-C, LN and PCⅢ.更多还原
