【摘要】 目的研究Survivin、Her2、P16和PTEN蛋白在膀胱癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测43例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例正常膀胱组织中以上4种蛋白的表达。结果4种蛋白在膀胱癌中的表达与在正常膀胱黏膜比较差异均有显著性意义(均为P<0.01)。不同临床分期间Her2和PTEN表达的差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);不同病理分级间Survivin、Her2和PTEN表达的差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Her2和Survivin蛋白表达间存在正相关(r=0.821,P<0.05)。结论Her2和Survivin的高表达是膀胱癌预后不良的指征;P16可作为早期诊断的标记物;PTEN则可作为膀胱癌预后不良的独立性指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin, Her-2, P16 and PTEN proteins in human bladder carcinoma and the biological significance.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of 4 proteins in 10 cases of normal bladder mucosa and 43 cases of transitional cell carcinoma (TCC).Results The expression of the four proteins in human bladder carcinoma was higher than that in normal bladder mucosa (P<0.01). There was significant difference in the expression of Her-2 and PTEN proteins among different clinical stages (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the expression of Survivin, Her-2 and PTEN among the different pathological grades (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It was also found that there was a positive correlation between the expression of Survivin and Her-2 in TCCs of bladder (r=0.821, P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of Survivin and Her-2 could be regarded as an indication of prognosis in bladder carcinoma. P16 could be used as a marker for early diagnosis and PTEN as an independent factor for tumorigenesis and cancer progression.更多还原
