【摘要】 目的:探讨祛痰合剂的质控方法及临床应用。方法:(1)以薄层层析方法对贝母花进行定性分析。(2)以容量分析方法对氯化铵进行定量分析。(3)祛痰合剂与川贝枇杷膏对照治疗咳嗽伴有痰病症的观察。结果:(1)薄层层析条件可满足对制剂的定性分析。(2)氯化铵在80mg/ml～120mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,Y=0.3702+0.7018X,r=0.9999。(3)治疗组164例,男116例,女48例,平均年龄(34.8±10.8)岁,平均病程(4.10±3.42)年。对照组166例,男106例,女60例,服药1周,治疗组总有效率96.7%;对照组总有效率65.0%。结论:该制剂处方组成合理,质量易于控制,服用方便,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the quality control method of Qutan mixtures and clinical application. Methods 1TLC method was made in doing the quality analysis of the BeiMuHua2 Quantity analysis of ammonium chloride was made with volumetric analysis 3Treatment with the using of Qu tan mixtures and ChuanBeiPiPaGao ointment was done in the patient having disease of cough with spit. Results 1 TLC method can meet the request for preparation analysis 2 Between 80 mg/ml～120 mg/ml ammonium chloride has a good linearity Y=0.370 2+0.701 8X r=0.999 9 3Treatment group includes 116 men and 48 women the average age was 34.8 34.8±10.8average disease process was 4.1years4.10±3.42.Control group is totally consist of 166 including 106 men  60 women. After one week’s treatment the total effective in treatment group and control group was 96.7% and 65.0% respectively. Conclusion The prescription of preparation is rational and its quality is easy to control it is convinced to use it and its treatment is effective.更多还原
