【摘要】 目的:为临床治疗咀嚼肌功能紊乱提供形态学基础。方法:大体解剖方法在经常规防腐处理的成人尸体标本上对咀嚼肌进行解剖。结果:下颌支的内、外面分别有咀嚼肌附着,当它们收缩时可产生强大的力量,运动颞下颌关节。结论:各种下颌运动中,咬肌、翼内肌、翼外肌、颞肌发挥着不同作用,由于精神因素或病理因素的影响可引起咀嚼肌功能紊乱和痉挛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Provide the morphological foundation to treat masticatory function disorders Methods: Adult cadavers that were preserved routinely were observed for the jaw muscles. Results: Jaw muscles are attached to interior and exterior ramus of mandible. They can produce power to move temporomandibular joint when conrtacted. Conclusion: Masseter,medial pterygoid muscle, lateral pterygoid muscle and temporal muscle play different roles in the temporomandibular joint movement. The psychic and pathological facors can induce masticatory function disorders and spasm.更多还原
