稀土对碳钢耐大气腐蚀性能影响
Effect of Rare Earth on Resistance of Carbon Steel to Atmospheric Corrosion
【摘要】 通过实验室加速腐蚀试验—周期浸润试验及盐雾试验,采用失重法测腐蚀率,SEM观察腐蚀产物的表面形貌和断面形貌,XRD测定腐蚀产物的物相组成,研究稀土对碳钢耐大气腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:稀土的加入可以提高碳钢大气耐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 Rapid LAB corrosion-periodical infiltration and salt fog test, weight loss measurement for corrosion ratio, the surface and section SEM observation and XRD analysis of phases for corrosion products are carried out to study the effect of rare earth on resistance of carbon steel to atmosphere corrosion. The result shows that adding rare earth can improve the function of resistance of carbon steel to atmosphere corrosion.
