管线钢冶炼工艺技术的开发
Development of the Smelting Technology of X60 Pipe Tube
【摘要】 采用120 t顶底复吹转炉、LF精炼设备、板坯连铸机开发生产X60管线钢,通过合理控制生产工艺,实现成分的精确控制,有效的降低了钢中的气体和夹杂物含量。
【Abstract】 The X60 pipe steel is developed and produced with 120 t top and bottom blowing BOF,120 t LF/VD refining furnace and slab CCM. By using the reasonable control technology the composition is accurately controlled and the gas and inclusion content in steel are effectively reduced.
