消炎颗粒的质量标准研究
Studies on the quality standard of Xiaoyan Granules
【摘要】 目的:建立一个较为完善地控制消炎颗粒剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层鉴别法作为定性指标;薄层色谱法测定黄芩苷含量作为定量指标。结果:以阳性药物为对照,制剂中存在各单味药物的特征斑点;黄芩苷含量测定回收率为99.20%,RSD=1.19%。结论:本标准可有效地控制消炎颗粒剂的质量。
【Abstract】 Object: To establish the quality standard of Xiaoyan Granules for its quality control.Methods: Baicalin was identified and determined by TLC.Results:The recovery of baicalin was 96.7% with RSD of 1.19%.Conclusion: The mothod developed was simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyan Granules.
