【Abstract】 Endothelin is released from vascular endothelial cells of various tissues,with powerful and sustained effect of vasoconstriction, closely related to hypertension, hyperlipemia, hyperglycemia, and myocardial hypertrophy.In this article we reviewed the research progress on endothelin in recent ten years and discussed the influence of endothelin on the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases as well as the effect of exercise on it,thus it will give the references for exercise rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
