动态累积间歇精馏的温度控制研究
Dymamic Accumulation Batch Distillation Controled by Temperature
【摘要】 研究了用塔顶温度控制累积罐进行自动切换的操作方法,并以异丙醇-正丙醇为实验物系进行了该操作方法的实验,结果表明,根据塔顶温度控制累积罐自动切换的方法操作稳定、控制可靠,通过实验,给出了温度设定点的选择原则,并讨论了此操作在分离高浓度物料中的表现,认为此操作方法适用范围广泛,实用性强.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> The auto-alternation between two relatively small accumulation drums was carried out via controlling temperature in the ceiling of the distillation tower. Taking isopropyl alcohol and n-propyl alcohol as experimental system, the principles of selecting optimal temperature were given, and the effect on separating high concentration system by this method was tested. The results showed that this operating method was more feasible, convenient and reliable.
