基于USB接口的机载振动压路机压实度检测仪的研制
A Tester for Degree of Compaction on Vibrating Roller
【摘要】 为了精确检测压实度,以提高振动压路机压路质量和效率,建立了振动轮-土壤系统的数学模型,采用加速度传感器研制出基于USB接口的机载振动压路机压实度检测仪.本仪器通频带宽为0.30~50Hz,测量误差≤3%,线性度0.5%,操作界面友好.
【Abstract】 To precisely detect the degree of compaction and improve the quality and efficiency of road roller, the paper establishes a systemic mathematic model about vibrating wheel and soil, and develops a tester for degree of compaction on vibrating roller. The tester is equipped with an accelerated sensor and an USB interface. It has wide frequency hand (0.30~50 Hz), little measuring error(≤3%), high linearity (0.5%) and friendly operating in terface.
