【摘要】 目的　术中应用蛋白粘合剂以减少乳癌术后淋巴淋巴液渗漏,提高创面愈合率的疗效观察。方法　将2 98例乳腺癌随机分为观察组和对照组,治疗组有患者12 9例,对照组有患者16 9例。在完成乳癌根治术、改良根治术的淋巴清扫后,治疗组应用纤维蛋白粘合剂洒于锁骨下区、腋静脉鞘以及手术创面。观察术后手术创面日引流量及总引流量、血性淋巴转清时间和拔管时间、手术区皮瓣存活以及有无皮下积液等指标。结果　应用医用蛋白粘合剂封堵后,淋巴液及创面渗液的总量减少,血性淋巴液转清时间及引流管拔除时间明显提前。结论　乳癌术后应用医用蛋白粘合剂封堵,能明显减少乳癌术后淋巴渗漏,提高乳腺癌术的创面愈合率,缩短患者住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the technique for reducing b leeding and lymph liquid leakage after breast cancer operations and to enhance w ound recovery by spraying biological glair glue on the wound.Methods 298 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups:treatment group (n=129) and control group (n=169).Patients i n treatment group received sprays on wound with biological glair glue following breast cancer radical operations.The spray areas included subclavical area, arou nd axilla vena and operated wound.The evaluation included the amount of daily ex travasation, total extravasation, the time the bloody lymph liquid changing to c lear,the time pulling out the cannulas,survival rate or necrosis rate of skin fl ap,accumulation of subcutaneous exudate and duration of hospitalization,etc.. Results Reduction of bloody and lymph liquid leakage was obvious (233 ml in treatment group vs. 680 ml in control group).The average time of bloody lymph liquid changing to normality shortened (the treatment group,2 d ays;control group,4 days).The reduction of time for pulling out canulas was also evident(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time reduced (the treatment gro up,13.26 days;the control group,21.56 days). Conclusion Application of biological glair glue spray on wound following breast radical operation can reduce bleeding and lymph liquid le akage and promote wound recovery and shortening the hospitalization time,etc..更多还原
