不对称转换法制备D-型氨基酸的研究进展
Advances on the preparation of D-amino acids by asymmetric transformation
【摘要】 D-型氨基酸对生命科学的研究具有重大意义。不对称转换是光学活性化合物制备中越来越重要的一个分支。通过几种典型D-型氨基酸的制备工艺,概述了不对称转换的最新研究和应用进展,讨论了反应过程并对其大规模工业应用的前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 D-amino acids have great meaning to the research of life science. Asymmetric transformation becomes a more and more important branch in the preparation of optically active chemical compounds. The applications,reaction process and recent progress of asymmetric transformation were reviewed by introducing the preparation of some D-amino acids. The prospect of its application on a large-scale preparation was also discussed.
