表面活性剂对合成纳米SiO2粉末的影响
The effect of surfactants on the preparation of nonometer SiO2 powers
【摘要】 以水玻璃、硫酸为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备出纳米SiO2粉末,并探讨了表面活性剂的种类、用量及加料方式对产品性能的影响。实验结果表明:使用阳离子型表面活性剂或高分子量非离子型表面活性剂来分散颗粒,可制得理化性能较好的纳米SiO2粉末。
【Abstract】 Nanometer SiO2 powers are prepared from water-glass and sulfur acid by chemical precipitation. The effect of different kinds and contants surfactants and feed way on the product characters has been discussed. The experimental result shows that nanometer SiO2 powers are prepared when cationic surfactant or nonionic surfactant are added to disperse particles.
