高速空调喷水室中冷却减湿过程的工程实验研究

【摘要】 对纺织工程应用中的高速喷水室内冷却减湿过程进行实际测算,并与低速喷水系统在焓差、热湿交换效率方面进行比较和分析,证实高速喷水系统也可以较好地实现冷却减湿过程,可在不影响热湿交换效果的同时,增加被处理的风量,提高空调喷水室的经济性,能在喷水空调系统中推广应用.

【Abstract】 The cooling humidity reduction process in high-speed spraying system is physically measured, and its enthalpy difference and efficiency of heat and humidity exchange are analysed and compared with low-speed spraying system.The results show that the high-speed spraying system can well realize the cooling humidity reduction process, and the high-speed system can increase air volume at the same time no negative to the efficiency. The economic efficiency of the air conditioning spraying system can be raised. So the high-speed spraying system should be applied and generalized in the air conditioning spraying water system.
