BaSO4/TPU X射线摄影纤维的结构与性能
Structure and properties of BaSO4/TPU X-ray developing fibers
【摘要】 以聚氨酯为基材,添加粒径为0.5~5μm的BaSO4粒子,采用熔体纺丝制成医用X射线摄影纤维,研究其结构与性能认为,随着BaSO4含量的升高,共混两相体系呈现“混凝土结构”;BaSO4含量对纤维Tg影响不大;纤维沸水收缩率随BaSO4含量增加而变小;在BaSO4质量分数为6000时,共混物的可纺性仍很好,且X光吸收率已达9500以上.
【Abstract】 X-ray developing fibers have been prepared by melt spinning with polyurethane as matrix and BaSO4 particle as developing agent in which the grain size is 0.5-5 μm, and its structure and properties are studied. The results show that a concrete structure presents with increasing of BaSO4 content; the content of BaSO4 has little effects on Tg of this fibers; the boiling water shrinkage of fibers is decreased with increasing of BaSO4 content; when the content of BaSO4 reaches 6000 the spinnability of the blend polymer is still good and the X-ray absorptivity is more than 9500.
