Mg/Al复合氧化物的合成及其催化窄分布聚醚合成研究
Study on synthesis of Mg/Al complex oxide and its catalysis to narrow-range distribution of 1-octanol polyethers
【摘要】 研究Mg/Al复合氧化物(MAO)制备条件对其性能的影响,重点讨论了NaOH用量、阴离子含量、配料中Mg/Al比例、晶化时间等条件对MAO晶体结构、比表面积及表面碱度的影响,并考察了以MAO为催化剂、正辛醇为起始剂、环氧乙烷为聚合单体的乙氧基化聚合反应,通过对乙氧基化产品的定量分析,发现MAO针对环氧乙烷开环聚合反应具有较高的催化活性和选择性.催化剂用量为目标产物质量的100时,乙氧基化反应速率达到3.14gEO/(gcat·5min),所得产品的相对分子质量分布指数达到94.900,大大高于KOH催化所得产品62.7800的相对分子质量分布指数.
【Abstract】 The ethoxylation of n-octanol catalyzed by Mg/Al complex oxide(MAO) is researched. The synthesized MAO are characterized by X-ray diffration(XRD) and N2 BET surface area method. The properties of complex oxides are examined by XRD and N2 BET surface area method. The catalytic activity tests of MAO for ethoxylation of 1-octanol are carried out in 500 cm3 batchtype stirred pressure reactor with optimal conditions. The results showed that the most acticity of the MAO are 3.14 gEO/(gcat·5 min) (amount of catalysts is 1 wt00). The molecular distribution of 1-octylethoxylate is analyzed by thin-layer chromatogram(TLC), and it could find that the EO distribution index(EDI)of ethoxylated products catalyzed by MAO reach more than 9000, much greater than that by conventional KOH catalyst(62.7800) .
