环境友好型阻燃纤维素纤维的阻燃性能及机理研究
Study on properties and mechanism of eco-friendly fire-retardant cellulose
【摘要】 将二硫代焦磷酸酯(DDPS)阻燃剂添加到氨基甲酸酯溶液中与纤维素共混纺制阻燃纤维素纤维,利用氧指数测定仪、SEM等测试手段对纤维的阻燃性能及机理进行了研究.结果表明:该磷系阻燃剂属膨胀型阻燃剂,阻燃剂在纤维中的质量分数达到1800时,纤维达到阻燃要求.
【Abstract】 The fire-retardant cellulose fiber is spun by adding the certain P-N fire retartant to the carbamate solution. The properties of the fire-retardant cellulose fiber and the fire-retardant mechanism are studied by the technique of the Oxygen Index Measuring Instrument and Scanning Electrical Microscope (SEM). The experimental results show that the appropriate fire-retardant cellulose fiber is obtained when the content of the fire retardant is up to 1800.
