【摘要】 目的:探讨时辰化疗与常规化疗在晚期大肠癌治疗中疗效及毒副作用的差异。方法:将2000年12月至2004年2月间收治的42例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为常规化疗组与时辰化疗组,观察其疗效及毒副作用。结果:时辰化疗组总有效率47.62%,常规化疗组总有效率19.05%,主要的毒副反应时辰化疗组口腔黏膜炎、恶心、呕吐、腹泻及骨髓抑制均比常规化疗组明显减轻,两组差异有显著性意义。结论:时辰化疗是晚期大肠癌患者疗效更高、毒副作用更小的化疗方法,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The objective of this study is to compare the therapeutic effect and side effect of chrono-chemotherapy with those of routine chemotherapy. Methods: Fourty-two patients with colon carcinoma were enrolled from December 2000 to February 2004. The patients were randomly divided into the chrono-chemotherapy group and the routine chemotherapy group. The therapeutic effect and side effect were evaluated. Results: The total response rate (CR+PR) in the chrono-chemotherapy group and the routine chemotherapy group were 47.62% and 19.05% respectively. The main side effects include oral cavity mucositis, sick vomiting, diarrhea and toxicity of bone marrow in the chrono-chemotherapy group were less than that of the routine chemotherapy group. The were signifiocant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: The chrono-chemotherapy has the higer curative effects and the lower side effects in advanced colon Carcinoma.更多还原
