【摘要】 目的:探讨真空采血技术在儿科中的应用效果。方法:对5 64例真空采血组和5 0 2例一次性注射器采血组的采血时间、穿刺成功率、标本合格率进行比较,并作统计学处理。结果:真空采血时间明显少于一次性注射器采血时间,且穿刺成功率和标本合格率高。结论:真空采血技术减少患儿痛苦,快捷简便,保证标本质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the positive effect of the ap plication of vacuum blood drawing technique in pediatrics. Methods: The comparison between was made blood drawing group of 564 cases and the dis posable syringe group 502 cases in terms of blood drawing time, puncture success rate and the rate of a qualified specimen with the help of statistics. Results: The time consumed with the vacuum blood draw was markedly less than that of the disposable syringe blood drawing. In addition, both the punctur e success rate and the rate of a qualified specimen were higher. Conclus ion: The trauma of the children can be lessened by the vacuum blood draw ing technique.
