【摘要】 目的:探讨痛风洗剂的确切疗效,总结痛风洗剂药物洗泡之最佳温度。方法:根据1997年美国风湿病协会痛风诊断标准,采集病例90例随机分为对照组3 0例、中药洗泡组60例(其中又分为3 7～40℃组3 0例、41～44℃组3 0例)。观察中药洗泡对痛风病疗效的影响。结果:使用中药洗泡对痛风病急性期的症状起改善作用,且温度41～44℃组比3 7～40℃组起到更强的改善作用。结论:表明痛风洗剂确实起到了内病外治的辅助作用,并确定了最佳洗泡温度,可指导临床,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the exact curative effectiv en ess of Tong Feng Xi Ji (wash medicine for gout) and summarize the best temperatu re of wash and steep of Tong Feng Xi Ji. Methods: Based on the g out diagnosis standard of American Rheumatism Society in 1997, 90 cases were se lected for group observation. The control group was 30 cases and the group of wa sh and steep of Chinese herb was 60 cases among which, 30 cases were of 37～40 ℃ and 30 cases were of 41～44 ℃. Results: The group of wash an d steep of the Chinese medicine had the better effect on the acute stage of gout . The group with 41～44 ℃ had the better than that of 37～40 ℃ group. Conclusion: Tong Feng Xi Ji has the assistant effect on gout as the inte rnal diseases treated outside.更多还原
