【摘要】 目的 :为获取准确的烧伤病人血压值。方法 :将 90例择期手术成年人血压分别采用常规法 ,隔 5层 ,10层 ,15层烧伤纱布进行测量并对照观察。结果 :3种不同方法与常规法比较 ,收缩压和舒张压经统计学处理 ,隔 5层 ,10层烧伤纱布法差异无显著意义 (P >0 . 0 5 ) ,隔 15层烧伤纱布法差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :在为烧伤病人测量血压时 ,适宜用隔 5～ 10层烧伤纱布法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To a quiver the accurate digitals of burn patients blood pressure. methods: The blood pressure of 90 cases of adult burn patients were taken by routine methods and taken with the arm wrapped with 5 straps of gauzes, or 10 straps of gauzes, or 15 straps of gauzes the digital were compared and disposed with statistics methods. Results: There were no significant diffirence among the digitals of blood pressure that taken by routine methods and those with the arm wrapped with 5 straps of gauzes or 10 straps of gauzes. There were significant differences between the digitals taken by routine methods and those pativents with the arm wrapped with 15 straps of gauzes. Conclusion: The limbs of burn patients spousure be wrapped with 5-10 straps of gauzes.更多还原
