【摘要】 目的 :探讨血液病患者经外周插管的中心静脉导管 (peripherallyinsertedcentralcatheters,PICC)置管期间的维护管理。方法 :对3 2例采用PICC置管治疗的患者在置管期间严格管道管理 ,尤其注意并发症的预防和观察护理。结果 :3 2例病例均成功进行PICC置管 ,置管期间无 1例因导管并发症而拔管。结论 :血液病患者应用PICC置管 ,护理方便 ,无禁忌证 ;而有效的、正确的导管维护管理 ,则是PICC置管成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the nursing in the patients of peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) intubation. Methods: 32 patients who accepted PICC were strictly managed, especially on the complications prevention and nursing. Results: All of 32 cases were succeeded to intubate PICC. There was no need to pull off the catheters because of on complications. Conclusion: The hematologic patients who intubated PICC intubation were easily nursing and no contraindication. The effective and correct nursing were the key points to the successful intubation of PICC.更多还原
