水合活化固硫装置脱硫效率试验研究

【摘要】 通过建立水合活化固硫试验装置,研究装置的工艺特性对装置脱硫率的影响规律.试验结果表明,各因子对脱硫率的影响程度由大到小依次是水钙摩尔比、钙硫摩尔比、二氧化硫量、烟气入口温度和停留时间;在其他因子保持不变的前提下,装置的脱硫率分别随各单项因子的增加而有不同程度的提高.试验研究的结果验证了本文中探讨的水合活化固硫机理——反应发生在气、液、固三相之间,雾化水滴和吸收剂颗粒碰撞并在其表面形成液膜是固硫反应的前提.

【Abstract】 This paper studies the effect of a device’s techniques characteristic on desulfurization efficiency through the establishment of a hydration activation desulfurization device.Test results show that the effect of n(H2O)/n(CaO),n(Ca)/n(S),concentration of SO2,inlet temperature of flue gas and settling time on desulfurization efficiency varies in a descending way.With other factors retaining unalterable,desulfurization efficiency enhances to a certain degree with the increasing of a single factor.Test results have verified the hydration activation desulfurization mechanism:hydration activation desulfurization reaction occurs among gas,liquid and solid.A colliding between sprayed water droplets and absorbent particles and then liquid film’s forming on the surface is the precondition of the reaction.
