应用于流化床的电容探针测量系统

【摘要】 对应用于气固两相流局部颗粒浓度分布的电容探针测量系统进行研究,分析了探针型电容传感器工作原理,并根据国内外电容探针测量模型的发展现状,提出了一种新型电容探针测量系统,利用其完成对流化床内局部颗粒浓度分布的测量.通过作为信号获取部分的运算式调幅电路,将测量信号通过USB接口与基于虚拟仪器的数据处理部分相结合,并对该测量系统在稠相气固流动系统中进行了标定.各项实验数据表明,该系统符合设计要求,具有良好的精度和稳定性,并已成功应用于实际测量中.

【Abstract】 Capacitance probe measurement systems for partial solids volume concentration in the dense gas-solid flow were studied and the principles of the capacitance probe were analyzed. A new capacitance probe measurement system was proposed based on the status quo of capacitance probe models and furthermore applied to partial solids volume concentration measurement in fluid bed. The principle and structure of the operational translation circuit which worked as signal capture were presented. Then the measurement signal was combined with the data processing in a virtual instrument by a universal serial bus (USB) interface. System calibration was implemented in the the dense gas-solid flow system. The experimental data show that this system meets the design requirements, and excels in accuracy and stability. And it has already been utilized in field measurement.
