递增负荷运动过程中抗生殖激素水平变化特点及机制的研究
Study on changes of anti-productive hormones characteristics and mechanisms during progressing increasing training load
【摘要】 本研究对运动性动情周期紊乱动物模型建立过程中及4个恢复期后,大鼠HPA轴及抗生殖激素水平的变化进行监测,结果显示,HPA轴激素水平、下丘脑、垂体及血浆β-EP水平,血清PRL水平均随运动负荷量的加大而显著升高,体内生殖激素与抗生殖激素水平的正常平衡受到破坏。但HPA轴及抗生殖激素水平的变化在停训后的恢复期内可以逐渐发生逆转。结果表明,长期运动应激作用下HPA轴及抗生殖激素水平的升高是导致运动性月经失调的重要因素。
【Abstract】 This study was monitoring to the HPA axis and anti-productive hormones during the establishment of animal model of athletic estrous cycle dysfunction and 4 recovering cycles.The results showed that hormone levels of HPA axis,hypothalamus,pituitary and plasma β-EP,serum PRL were significantly elevated with training load increasing.The balance of reproductive and anti-reproductive hormones was destroyed.But these hormones were reversal during recovery phase.The results indicated that these hormones increasing was the important pathetic reasons of athletic menstrual irregularity.
