【摘要】 我国群众体育场地设施数量短缺,体育场馆功能单一,开放及使用率不高,非法占有体育场地设施以及经营性体育场馆的管理经营水平较低等,是当前我国群众体育场地设施资源存在的主要问题。积极培育场地设施资源的数量、大力开发利用资源以及制定各项制度及政策等,是解决上述问题的基本途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 It analyzed the problems and countermeasure of Chinese mass sport fields and establishment resources.This article revealed that the main problems as follows:resource shortage of fields and establishments,simple function,low level opening rate and employment rate,illegal occupation mass sport fields and establishments,low management and marketing level in payoff sport fields and establishments.It put out countermeasures to deal with these problems for the cultivation and development the quantity of mass sport fields and establishments,establishment some system and policy.更多还原
