【Abstract】 This text has analysed the management mode that the high-level sports team in China adopts mainly at present emphatically,and analysed that it can meet the social development,management mode based on Z theory under the guidance of the theory of organizing by oneself to attempt to prepare for 2008 Olympic Games.It offers help to the high-level sports team through the new-type management mode,thus promotes an overall (improrement) of competitive sports in China.更多还原
