【摘要】 从个人知识管理的定义出发,分析了知识对个人知识管理的提升作用,最后总结出了个人知识管理具体实施过程的七个方面.

【Abstract】 This paper begins from the definiton of PKM,analyses the promotion effect about knowledge to PKM, and finally summarizes seven main points about its implementation .
