矿热炉无水冷骨架矮烟罩的设计与研究

【摘要】 针对矿热炉矮烟罩水冷骨架普遍存在的破损漏水等问题,提出了取消矮烟罩水冷骨架的设计思路。通过重 心计算和静力分析得出:取消骨架后的炉盖在结构上是安全可行的。对矮烟罩内烟气和料面对炉盖的传热状况和通 过炉盖的热传导情况进行了热工分析和计算,由此得到了保证矮烟罩设备正常运行的各项基本参数。据此设计出的 矮烟罩在实际生产中得到了应用,效果良好,漏水等现象得到基本解决,为企业创造了经济价值。

【Abstract】 Aimed to the dilapidation and leak of water-cooling framework which were existed in many low hoods of submerged-arc furnaces in China, a new design that a low hood without water-cooling framework was put forward. Through calculation of barycenter and analyses on mechanics, we could make sure that the structure of cover is feasible and safe. A lot of work and calculation on heat transfer from smoke gas and material surface to the cover has been done to find every basic parameters which could assure normal run of a low hood. By using this method, this kind of low hood has been schemed out and put into practice. It works well. We can find that the problem of leak has been solved; it also makes benefit to the enterprises.
