火焰原子吸收光谱法分析香青兰中微量元素的溶出特性及化学形态
Study on the Leaching Characteristics and Speciation of Trace Elements in Dracocephlum moldavica L.by FAAS
【摘要】 结合香青兰的药用功效,对其铜、锌、锰、铁、镁、镍6种微量元素的含量和形态进行了分析。分别用0.45μm滤膜、D101型大孔吸附树脂,将香青兰水煎液中铜、锌、锰、铁、镁、镍分为悬浮态和可溶态、有机态和无机态;并采取正辛醇-水分配体系模拟水煎液中铜、锌、锰、铁、镁、镍在人体胃肠中的分配情况,建立了上述6种元素的4种形态分离分析方法,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定6种微量元素的含量、分布及其在不同溶剂中的溶出特性和化学形态。结果表明,方法的回收率在92%~106%范围内,相对标准偏差均在3.8%以下,铜、锌、锰、铁、镁、镍是各以某种形态为主的多种形态共存的混杂体系。
【Abstract】 A method was developed for the investigation of the leaching characteristics and the speciation of trace Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Mg,Ni in Dracocephalum moldavica L.(DML)by flame atomic absorption specˉtrophotometry(FAAS).By using0.45μm filter membrane and D101macroreticular resins,four different species of the decoction,namely the suspended,the soluble,the inorganic and organic species were obˉtained,and the trace elements in those species were determined by FAAS,respectively.The n-C 8 H 17 OH-H 2 O system was proposed to simulate the distribution of the trace elements in the gastric and intestine of the human body.The recovery for the method was92%-106%and the relative standard deviation for5determiˉnations was less than3.8%.The results showed that the trace elements in decoction could exist in different species but usually each element has its respective essential species.
