【摘要】 目的　对2型糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术前行视网膜电图(ERG)震荡电位(OPs)测定,评估患者术后视力恢复的程度。方法　对伴发2型糖尿病的白内障患者3 5例(3 5只眼)在白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术前行OPs测定,与术后眼底所见、视力进行比较分析。结果　术前OPs的振幅总和与术后眼底糖尿病视网膜病变程度相关,术前OPs的振幅总和与白内障术后视力改变明显相关(χ2 =2 4.0 3 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　2型糖尿病患者白内障术前行视网膜电图震荡电位测定有助于对患者术后的视力恢复进行预后评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To predict the vision of the patients wit h type 2 diabetes by measuring the oscillatory potentials(OPs) of electroretinogram of cataract before cataract extraction and implantation of artificial lens. Methods OPs of electroretinogram of 35 cataract patients with type 2 diabetes were measured before catarac t extraction and implantation of artificial lens, and the relationship between O Ps and the vision or ocular fundus after operation were analysed. Resul ts Summary of OPs amplitudes before operation was relative to the exten t of diabetic retinopathy on fundus, the summar y of OPs amplitudes before operation was relative to the alteration of vision aft e r operation obviously. Conclusions Measuring OPs of electroret inogram of diabetic patients before cataract operation is helpful to predict th e vision of them.更多还原
